Craft beer is what started OTBX. We love all the great beer made locally and wanted to create a place where we could showcase all of it. We hire Cicerone-trained staff, we send them out for education, we do collaborative brewing with some of the best master brewers in the business and we just generally geek-out on beer. Alot.
